General

> I have the right to refuse any requests if I'm not comfortable with the order. That will be due to my schedule or if it's out of my ability to fulfil your request> A reference sheet of the characters is pretty much appreciated, if you do not have one or are asking for me to design it, please provide as many references as possible, and make the design request clear> I will always send a sketch for the commissioner to ask for adjustments, as soon as it's approved, I'll start working on the final product

Rights and Ownership

> As the artist, I have the right to post your commission on my social media, adding an extra watermark (each of my works will bear my signature)> If your work is meant to be revealed afterwards, you can ask me to post it on a specific date> The commissioner can choose if they want to be tagged or remain anonymous> Giving me credits when posting the commission is mandatory!

Payments

> Payment is 100% in advance, I will not start working on the commission until I have received the payment beforehand> If you fail to pay within 48 hours, your commission will be canceled> No refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission for some reason

Deadlines and delivery

> Commission are made from order of request and the time it takes to finish varies depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work> I will notify if there will be any inconvenience that may delay the delivery of the drawing> If you'd like your commission received by a deadline, please state so in the ordering process. I won't take rush orders

Use

> Commercial use is directly related to financial gains, that require customers (T-shirts, banners, mugs, etc.) or platforms made to gain profit (Youtube, Twitch, etc.)> DO NOT use the final piece in AI generators. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted!> DO NOT alter, redraw, trace over, edit the commissioned artwork!> NFT usage is strictly forbidden!

Extra fees

Commissions for commercial uses will have an extra fee:> For uses such as promo art, stream loading screens, thumbnails: 2x of the commission price> For merch or any sold product: 3x the commission price> Every additional character will cost 75% more of the commission price! Any additional changes on the request after the payment is done and after any final changes/sketch is approved, will be charged extra !! The price may change by the complexity of the designs of the characters !
